My Background
I have done extensive studies in psychology, human behaviour and child development. With over 100 hours of coaching I've helped many people expand their mindset, overcome challenges and improve their wellbeing as a Certified Life Coach.
My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I focus on working with the life you already have and holding you accountable to improve an area of your life each week.
My Philosophy
I believe that with support anyone can live a happy, fulfilling life. By identifying and working on mindset, self-esteem and goals (to put what's learnt in the session into practice) my clients create an improved lifestyle and sense of self for themselves.
